nginxの設定ファイルって sites-enabled と conf.d 結局どっちにすべきなの個人的には sites-enabled ⇔ sites-available のほうがオンオフの区別つけやすくて好きだけど
落としてきてビルドしたやつは site-* が生成されなかった記憶があるから conf.d が標準なのかもしえない
